Louis verified 48 hours prior to the move and txt the morning of and showed right on time. They were all professional guys and respect my belongs and my house. They put padding around the doors and on the floor. They padded and wrapped around all my furniture. No extra cost. They never complained about anything. All the guys were friendly and respectful. If I would have gone with anyone else, it would have cost a lot more and probably not the same professionalism. There is no doubt in my mind, I will recommend Louis and his team to everyone I know.

IF the problem is NOT the belt after it is replaced, then I am highly intelligent enough to know then that there MUST be something else wrong and then I'd lug the entire vacuum in for you to inspect. Average price was double what John Apke quoted me. Pat and Joel arrived on time and got the job done quickly. They were careful to look for a tag under my area rug to make sure it would not be damaged. I asked if they could clean under the bed. At first said no because they did not want to damage the frame. Later put gliders under the legs and slid the bed to clean as much area as possible. Overall, a good job.

This is the second time we have used Apke and have been extremely pleased both times. We have 3…read moredogs and 2 cats so pet hair and pet stains were a problem for us. But not for Apke! They expertly cleaned every carpet in the house and even our 10 year old wall-to-wall looks brand new. Our two large and expensive oriental area rugs were cleaned in house and also look beautiful again. They were very careful with our furniture and artwork. It is important to patronize local businesses but only if they do good work and Apke certainly does!
