Just hired Robert Jennings to clean my stairs (18) 2 bedrooms , office , sectional couch , and asked him last minute to clean a few rugs . He is extremely professional , friendly , and did an amazing job! He is the owner and it is very apparent that he takes great pride in his work . He didn't over charge at all and if anything I felt I owed him more as he cleaned extra things and didn't ask for more money. He deserved a large tip, and he deserves other people's business . You won't be disappointed . I found him on Yelp , as I like to do business with the smaller companies which really take pride in their work with good comments . Our living room and dining room carpets were soiled from the previous owner's Great Dane, and our Dachshund was really trying to add her own essence to the mix. Mr. Jennings did a GREAT job of getting up the spots. The carpet is visibly much much cleaner and the whole house smells better! Owner Robert got lost to my condo and kept calling for directions, finally he stopped at the local Home Depot and asked me to come and allow him to follow me to my condo. His 10 o'clock appointment turned into a start time of 11:30 am making him 1 1/2 hour late. Did a decent job cleaning my condo but did splash some cleaner on my office filling cabinets which I easily wiped off the next day. Robert the owner is a very pleasant person. Zero stars! Bob ruined my carpet. He left a 2 inch hole in my carpet and denied it happened. I called after he left, after he cashed my check, and asked him about it and he denied everything and told me it couldn't have been his equipment that caused the hole. Usually people know when they have a 2 inch hole in their carpet. I tried to file with his insurance company and they denied the claim. I'm left with a 2 inch hole in my carpet and I'm out the money he charged me and left with another bill for a repair. WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY! He came into my home and looked over all the carpet before he started, and didn't point anything out or notice a hole. I KNOW there wasn't a hole in my carpet before he started, otherwise I would have pointed it out to him. He didn't point out a hole in the carpet either, so his equipment tore up my carpet. THE WORST PART: he tried to cover the hole up with shreds of remaining carpet. He said his wand wouldn't have caused a hole. Think twice about hiring him to do your job! After he denied the hole, I knew I wouldn't get any where. We talked several times and I texted him pictures of the hole. I asked him about it and of course, he denied the whole thing. So his word against mine. The only recourse I have is to put a review on Yelp. I only hired him because he had great reviews on Yelp. Thanks for nothing! read more

I called and spoke to Bob on March 8th @ 7:10 PM in the evening, very impressed that he answered the phone so late. I asked that he clean my Father's condo in Fairborn, OH. Gave him all the information, and he gave me a quote. I gave him the address, he wanted to know where it was. I told him it was 50 minutes from my house in Middletown, OH. I asked a few times to be sure he would go that far, to which he replied yes. We set this up for Saturday, March 19th @ 9 AM. Then, today @ 11:28 AM, he leaves me a voicemail that he just looked up the address and it's too far for him! Are you kidding? Less than 24 hours before he is supposed to come, he cancels on me. Very unprofessional, I am on a timeline and booked 11 days in advance, which leaves in me a bad situation...you usually can't just call up and get a carpet cleaned in 2 days. Thank goodness Earth Pro Clean stepped up to do the job on Monday. read more
