The Aluminum sheet pan was not cleaned, the crumbs are on the floor, and mildew spots are in the bathroom ceiling. Tracey did not report to me that the 3-tier tray decoration was broken nor did he remove the empty boxes nor sweep the leaves in the backstairs. I've hired him as both a handyman and an airbnb cleaner. He can follow specific instructions as a handyman if you give him a lot of feedback. I sent pictures to the cleaning agency and they offered me 15 more minutes of additional cleaning time for free as an answer to my problems. I obviously would need more time than that, which means I would need to pay more for a service I feel I overpaid for as it is. Please Note: They have a $200 minimum and $55/hr AFTER that so of course, our cleaning lady conveniently left a little after 3 hours had passed and the company makes their $200 no matter what.
