Many of my friends left negative reviews that are nowhere to be found because they are reported to Google.

I had Dr. Mazzola (or some spelling variation thereof, I can't remember how to spell her name exactly), a very nice young dentist from Michigan. I ended up with a root canal that took two visits, and she was great, since the first consultation visit she didn't have to do any work at all, but did anyway, to help relieve the pressure and pain initially. (Being a mom, I'll admit, I let that one go..) She did a great job with it, considering she wasn't even sure initially if she could save the tooth. The outer waiting area is nice, with toys available for kids, though for some reason it always smells vaguely of cats. Not bad, really, just a vague sort of connection with cats. There is a TV, and plenty of space, and the wait time wasn't bad at all, especially considering how busy they were when I went in both times. Very nice, friendly office, overall, with a great staff. Would totally recommend their services.

There, in the care of Denture Wizard Geno Wengerd I finally got the teeth I'd wanted for years. I had originally wanted the toothshade in the OM range, which are the "Hollywood Whites", but what Geno has done is make my teeth in an even whiter range, the PW's, which I've taken the liberty of dubbing the "Supernova Whites". The change in my appearance is nothing short of miraculous. He corrected the severe underbite that had developed over the years from bone loss and jaw shrinkage, he made the teeth larger and more visible when I smile, and he took great pains to be certain that the fit was perfect. And in addition, he gave my teeth a custom look from photos I supplied, so as to duplicate the dentition of a famous person--I did not want a perfect rack of even teeth; I wanted some imperfection built into the dentures deliberately, so that they look perfectly natural. All of this within budget! To sum up: I highly recommend dental services by the office of Dr Kimra Hall and the amazing talents of Geno Wengerd.

They gave an estimate for a bridge of $250 out of pocket, after insurance. I got the crown, insurance paid, I paid my agreed upon amount of $250. My receipt said paid in full, balance 0. Later, I got a bill for $700. When I inquired about this, they said that my insurance company informed them they could charge more. They therefore lied to me about the amount I needed to pay out of pocket. I'm 66 years old, and on social security. There no way I can pay this amount, and since they lied to me before the bridge was made, I feel I don't owe them anything. Avoid this place as they will try to charge as much as they can, and even lie to you to get as much money as they can. Unscrupulous business!

The office staff was all confused because I was a prior patient but when you sign up on line it put me in as new. I had X-rays and saw the doctor. He wanted me to have two implants and he wanted to pull my remaining five teeth and give me a full bottom plate. I met with the financial person and she printed out a $20,000 statement. I asked her print it because I used to run a patient billing department. She said my dental wouldn't pay because it had been just under five years. I called my dental company myself and they asked for a statement from the doctor explaining what needed to be done. I called Aspen back. This was in January 2025. They never sent anything to Delta Dental. Today a get a bill for X-rays but I don't see where it went to DD. So I call and Zach puts me on hold then comes back asks me questions then said the system had wrong information and he was going to send it. They lie to people, try and get you to finance services through them. When I went in there were a bunch of people that spoke English as a second language. They were probably being taken advantage of. Because I knew enough to ask questions and refused to finance they did not do what they were supposed to do. They need to be put out of office.
