My first mortgage loan originator through my credit union seemed like the right choice since I've been with them for over thirty years. When they said I didn't qualify for a conventional loan because I didn't have enough income over the last two years, and that the only loan they could approve me for was an ARM with 40% down and a much higher interest rate than what I was willing to settle for, I thought my chances of buying my dream home was over. I then called the custom home builder whom I had been in contact with and asked them if they had a recommendation. Without hesitation, they immediately recommended Joey Walker saying that he had helped many of their buyers qualify for a mortgage loan.
