All the prices were reasonable and we're just a little more than the other place, but we better products. I was able to make the payment over the phone and receive delivery to Patterson. I called to book the inflatable water slide I wanted for my daughter's birthday about a month in advance. He took my information and I sent in the deposit. I got a phone call letting me know my deposit had been received and verifying the details. We kept in touch a couple of times throughout the month, which was nice because it reassured me that there were no miscommunications and that everything should go as planned. On the day of the party, they showed up an hour earlier than scheduled and were kind and professional during set up. The slide was clean, well maintained, and everyone had a blast on it. Scheduled about a month in advance for a water slide. Paid the deposit and confirmed a day or two prior. Come the days of the party they are not here an hour after they said they would. My boyfriend who scheduled called and left a message and they did not call back. I called and he answers and at first says we had a later time but after prying he says hold on actually they should have been there. Finally they show up an hour and a half - two hours late. They did let us keep it late and the delivery guys were great. He had great communication prior to this as well. The water slide was clean and in great condition. I called and left a message to get info AND I went online and sent a contact message requesting info. I was called back and given info/prices. I advised I had a "confirmation email" from March 23rd and it is now April 5th. She said she would call me bk. She called back 1145am-said she can have it at the park by 1pm. I said YES please do this and I would like a price adjustment since I'm only getting it for 2 hours less than planned she said she didn't know about that but would look into it. 1220pm I get a call from a man who then asked if we still wanted to bounce house...needless to say I was very irritated now. I told him YES I wanted it still and expected it to be there ASAP since it was supposed to be there by 11am as it was. He said I should've called the day before my event to check in with the reservation-I said why, you're a business so I shouldn't have to make sure you're on top of your scheduling. He said he had another party- he would drop theirs off, then go bk, pk up our request, get gas for the generator, then be at the park for my party after 1pm. Sparing some details of what I said...he said it would be delivered. It arrived at 1255pm and as they were unloading, I spoke to a woman who was "in-charge" and two young men for set up. I asked her what the price adjustment was going to be since I was only going to have it for 2-3hours now instead of 5hours and was told still full price. Um no....I told her to please call her boss and request atleast half price, especially for the inconvenience. While she was on the phone, one of the young men was talking to my husband and I saying the "congratulations..." email wasn't a confirmation for the event and said we should have responded to it. I said I already spoke to the man on the phone and we emailed eachother already by the time I received that "congratulations" email so there's no reason to have to respond AGAIN. He then started mouthing off to us, so my husband told him to forget it and we would not be using them. As we were walking away he again made more smart-mouth remarks saying we're stupid. After reading the one negative review I decided to write about Sept 2013 bday experience for my 7 yr old son with autism...HE LOVED IT. The 2 gentleman were pretty punctual even after having a bit of a hard time finding my house. I spoke to same man about twice on phone just to confirm I WAS getting what I wanted. He went out of his way to describe sizes and what would fit best according to lawn size I gave him. I don't recall getting any email but he did make sure a bit before that I was still interested since I had reserved a big bouncer with slide combo. He arrived around 9pm for pick up in good spirits and very understanding of the autism spectrum and even offered to let us rent a bouncer during slow weekdays all day and at a good rate for my son's never ending bouncing and jumping pleasure. I will be calling them again for this year's party but this time I will make sure I speak to same older man to confirm even nite before after reading that negative review regarding what that poor family had to go thru. My daughter's 2nd birthday was on Saturday the 26th and I was really excited to get her a combo jumper. After looking at reviews on here, we decided Jenny's Jumpers was going to be the one for us. I booked the 4in1 combo jumper and booked it on the phone right away. It was $140 for 7 hours, awesome right? I was on the phone with Jerry and everything sounded great, he would call me to confirm on Thursday the 24th. I even told him, "This is awesome, if all goes well, I will leave you a great review on yelp." The 24th comes and goes and no confirmation. I text him on the 25th and said, "Hey, never received a confirmation from you, am I still set up for the 4in1 combo jumper for Saturday the 26th at 11:30am?" With in seconds he called like I had never text him and said, "I'm just calling to confirm your jumper for Saturday." Okay cool, so we're all set. Saturday rolls around. 11:30 comes and goes, I call and he doesn't even know who I am or what I ordered. I tell him, and he says, "They're on their way." Okay, I don't freak out, the party isn't until 1. 12:30 rolls around, still no jumper. I call him and I'm finally mad and I say, "Okay, where is our jumper?" His response? "Oh you have the standard Dora bounce house right?" No, I have the $140 4 in 1 combo that's supposed to be here an hour ago. He says, "Oh yeah, they're on their way." I said, "You need to call them now." Never hear back from him. 1:15 rolls around and they finally show up and tell me they will be here at 7:00pm to pick up. Uh WHAT?! I payed for 7 HOURS and you were almost 2 hours late. I told them no. They came at 7:45 to pick up. Still earlier than it was supposed to be. The only good thing about this whole situation was the guys who set it up and broke it down. They were nice. And quick. Never ONCE did I receive an apology from Jerry, an offer for maybe an extra hour, or a small refund. An apology would have sufficed. I was SO disappointed in this service. I thought that this would be a great family business company, and the great reviews are what brought me in. Never again. read more

My only recommendation would be to make sure the kids go in one at a time bc due to the water the jumper becomes very slippery. Also it's kinda hard to get up the latter from inside the jumper. We used Jenny's Jumpers for my daughter's 5th birthday party last weekend and they were great! They quickly helped me figure out which size jump house would work for the ages and amount of people that we'd need to accommodate. They sent me photos the jumper to make sure it suited the theme of our party, they called the day before our event to confirm (again)the time and place of the drop off, and they called me the morning of when they were at the location to make sure they approached the correct group before setting up. The whole experience was really great! Their prices are very reasonable and they we flexible with their pick up time. We had an hour between the party ending and the pick up time. We mentioned we might be done an hour early as they were setting up and they drove by around that time and it worked out perfectly for picking up the jumper. My family was throwing a birthday party for my two year old, we decided to go with Jenny's Jumpers because they offered a cotton candy machine. I called them, made a reservation with a deposit for 1pm to 8pm and my daughters party was at 3pm. My daughter became really ill so changed the party for two weeks later, Gerry from the company said yeah that's fine and he called twice after that to confirm. The day before he asked me if it was okay if they delivered between 12:45-1:15pm, I said sure. The next day, 1:30pm rolled around, then 2pm, and then 2:30pm and no phone call, nothing. Guests started showing up shortly after 2:30. I called and was told that they were running late, he wasn't too apologetic, and I said sure that's ok, but at least keep communication going, because I started stressing since it was now 15 to 3pm. Then he said "hopefully they'll be there by 3" WHAT? You said 1pm was fine and now it's hopefully before 3? Then they finally arrived about 5 minute til 3pm. The lady who was delivering it was so argumentative in front of my family and my children that I had to literally walk away and call the man to pay him over the phone since I refused to talk to the lady. He offered me $8 off and an extra hour for being 2 hours late and the lady arguing with lady. I couldn't believe the poor costumer service I was receiving from these people, they were so rude. $8 off when we lost over an hour of my kids play time that I paid for, and giving us an extra hour?? Seriously, we paid for that hour! That wasn't giving us anything extra for having to deal with all that!! He tried to compensate their tardiness with saying other companies don't even show up, like that excuses their behavior on top of no communication and being late. I will NOT be using this company ever again and nor will anyone who came to our party. They sure were the talk of the party, but no where near the positive feedback we could have given! I hope eventually everyone sees this so no one will use this company ever again. read more
