Four out of five stars?? Really? Yes. This review is based on four orders placed through Yelp! over a three month period. Have ordered by phone directly to the store a few times a year for the prior four years or so. Accuracy: 100%, no mistakes, no missing items. Once, one "defective" fortune cookie had no fortune inside. Not a big deal and frankly out of Jenny's control. On time: 100%, all delivered within the estimated 45-60 minute; twice in under 25 minutes. Quality and quantity were good. Family enjoyed the meals and no one was hungry afterwards. Customer service, no issues. By ordering through Yelp!, avoided the language problems I've had when calling in orders directly. Jenny's is not some awesome restaurant; it's a delivery option for a quick meal. If your expectations are realistic, you should be happy with them. "Fine print" They offer a lot of non Chinese food options the we have not ever tried (subs, pizza, wings, etc.). Beef with broccoli, 8 piece fried shrimp meal, sweet and sour chicken, etc., all the Chinese meals tried have been good. One minor gripe, none of their drink options are available when ordered through Yelp!; well worth not dealing with the language problems if ordering directly by phone. read more

The food is ok but the owner has the nastiest attitude and they are over priced! I do not recommend giving your money to this establishment and to make matters worse the owner shows signs of her being racist. I'll go elsewhere read more

Never got my order! I called about 40 minutes after it was supposed to be here and was told a man called and cancelled it. I explained it was my order (I'm a female), I was the only person who knew about it, and I didn't call to cancel. Then they said oh a lady called and cancelled it. We went back and forth, she kept cutting me off saying the same thing, no apologies or offers to bring the order, until they hung up on me. I don't know why I have continued to order from this place they've messed up my orders in the past and never get it here on time anyway, we will never buy their food again. read more

Food came on time but my order was missing my drink. Also, the pepper steak had more peppers than steak. And then the peppers were cut up until huge squares and just thrown in. The steak tasted gummy and just nasty. I have tried this place a total of 3 times just to give it a chance but they continue to disappoint. The food always leaves a bad taste in my mouth and my stomach and this time is no different. I will NEVER order from them again. Just terrible food. TERRIBLE! Waste of time and money! read more

Jenny's sub shop is the truth! Ordered off grubhub although my food arrived a few mins over the delivery time, I must say everything was hot and fresh. The food was great. And the delivery guy was super nice and friendly. Thanx for my dinner! read more

Food was horrible. Food was cold and took two hours for delivery. Not pleased at all with wings and fries nor shrimp and broccoli. This place doesn't even deserve one star. read more

I  placed an order for crab sticks with fries beef and broccoli and 2 egg rolls. The driver came and delivered and all was great until I went back inside and opened my bag. Everything was fine except there were no egg rolls. So I called back and asked why I aged for egg rolls but did not receive them. (Very calm) the woman on the other end started screaming at me saying I didn't order egg rolls then proceeded to hang up on me. I was terrier and will NOT be ordering from them again. read more

I wish that I could give this place no stars! The driver is very rude and they do not care if you have a disability that causes you not to see in the dark, they will not come to your door after dark; but they WILL charge you that bogus delivery fee. Why set up shop in a neighborhood that you are too frieghtend to deliver in? This is a shame. Word to the wise: delivery means COME TO THE DOOR and give me my food! As the reviewer before me mentioned, the food is good (well better than most carryouts on the Pike,) but the customer service sucks. The driver was so paranoid, that he backed out and drove off when he realized that I wasn't coming to his car to get my order. Just awful. read more

Good food but doesn't make up for terrible customer service. I'm not even close to an unreasonable person/customer but the woman that takes the orders I'd gladly punch in the face. The driver is terrible also....don't work somewhere where there are english speaking customers and your driver calls the customer and can barely understand them. A 90 minute wait for f-----g carryout total BS. The lady that always takes the orders is very impatient and quick to get snippy that making an order would be almost unbearable for you because she wants you off the phone more than she cares to listen to how you want your order. And don't let them get any part of your order wrong because if you throw it away and they re-deliver without you holding onto the food you didn't want and can't "exchange" with them they get to keep your money so you pay for their mistakes.
