So, we decided to have breakfast here the following morning. Our waiter, Roderick, did a wonderful job taking care of us. He answered all our questions and made any changes we requested which made our meal more enjoyable. I had the avocado toast and eggs over medium. I loved my meal. But to be honest, if there's a next time I'll order eggs over easy. My husband had the Oat Milk Protein Pancakes short stack. He ordered a side of scrambled eggs. He was kind enough to let me have a bite. The pancakes were full of blueberries and pistachios. They were tender and topped with almond coconut cream. Mmmm. They were great! My nephew had the country scramble. It included sausage and bell peppers. It was all gone in a blink. My niece had buttermilk pancakes and eggs. She enjoyed the pancakes but commented that the eggs were a little over cooked. The restaurant is beautiful and located in the National Harbor area walking distance from our resort. All in all, Vincent knew what he was talking about. We enjoyed our breakfast so much that we'll probably return later this week for dinner. It's open until 11 PM! Y'all should come!
