Besides going out of their way to help us feel comfortable and to take the time to answer all of our questions, Dr. Jensen and his staff were extremely patient with my very anxious daughter throughout the entire process. They booked extra time for each of her appointments, knowing she needed a bit of time to ask questions, find out exactly what they were going to do each time, and whether or not it would hurt. Every single time, she left the office smiling and exclaiming, "I don't know why I was so worried! That was so easy!" Dr. Jensen and his staff are so amazing! They know who we are when we walk in the door and are also smiling and happy to see us. My daughters front teeth needed a build up in addition to braces and they are perfect now. Dr. Jensen gave us a time frame and my daughter was so happy that it was honored. So many of her friends had to have theirs on several weeks longer than expected. Dr. Jensen also offers a free photo shoot after braces are removed. We LOVE these pictures and this was just icing on the cake for the wonderful service provided by Dr. Jensen, Cherie, Michelle, and all the others. Appointments were also prompt and we never had to wait long. My daughter was usually led right back as soon as we walked in. Waiting room has a wonderful movie area for small children which came in handy for siblings. So happy we chose Dr. Jensen! read more

You only write reviews if they are exceptional or really awful. I found exceptional with Jensen Orthodontic. My son is an extremely difficult case. He has missing teeth, teeth stuck in is jawbone just to name a few issues. Too many to mention in this review. Dr. Jensen is specialized orthodontic/prosthodontic. He can handle difficult cases like my son therefore I feel extremely comfortable recommending him to others. I can't express the gratitude I have for his work on my son's smile. I appreciate so much all the patience and understanding he has bestowed on us. It is such a blessing to have found not only somebody who is competent but also personable. Dr. Jensen is terrific and has exceeded my expectations while providing excellent service! I was not sure about getting dentures or where to go. However, after researching, I decided to visit Dr. Jensen's office. This was one of the best decisions of my life. Both of our children are with Jensen. The front office staff is top-notch! The ladies, Michelle, Sandy, Denise, and others are stellar to work with and feel like visiting old friends when you walk in. The hygienists are all knowledgeable and friendly. Dr. Jensen is gentle and kind and he takes time to explain to the kids and parents in detail what will happen each step of the way. He remembers what the kids are involved in such as sports and other activities. During COVID, they made sure to be safe and healthy, which is nothing new in that office. I had an amazing experience at Jensen Orthodontic Arts! I had braces for 14 months as an adult, and each time I had an appointment I actually looked forward to going in! The staff is some of the nicest people I have ever met, and I always felt very welcomed every time I came in. My family absolutely LOVES Dr. Jensen and his awesome team! We've been regular visitors in his office for the past several years (it feels like our second home!) as my son and I have both had braces by Dr. Jensen. I took my son to Dr. Jensen a few years ago for a consult. What I appreciated most was Dr. Jensen recommended that my son come back every 6 months to monitor his teeth and didn't just automatically put him in braces. I got my braces done (as an adult) in 2018-2020 and had the best experience! The staff is amazingly friendly and knowledgeable, Dr Jensen is the BEST in the business. I waited until my later years to get braces. I first went with a dental office that also offered invisaline braces. That experience left with worse aligned teeth. I went to Dr. Jensen to see if corrections could be made. He gave me wire braces . I am so happy with the results of his work with my teeth. I have the teeth that I have always wanted. Dr Jensen and his staff are amazing. My son had a tough case and i was told by other so called "experts" that he would need a implant later in life to make up for a loss of a molar. Dr Jensen was able to close the gap and avoid the implant. The staff is great and always friendly. My daughter is also a patient.
