I arrived at the office and it is very nicely decorated and open. I was immediately greeted by name as i arrived as they were expecting me which was very welcoming and nice. My fixer for the day was Carmen and she did a great job fixing the retainer and allowing me to keep it as i like the insurance my teeth won't move. My son comes here and he's been pleased with the treatment and his interactions with Dr. Gupta. My son said she had a better bedside manner with dealing compared to the other orthodontist we went with his interactions were more stern and high-level level. Hard-to-understand words about the treatment were used in the explanation to my son. Dr. Gupta, he noted, on the other hand, explained his treatment softly, and he understood what she was saying because she didn't use technical descriptions of the tooth and the process that would be involved. The staff has excellent customer service. They even returned voicemails and missed calls. Just note they do operate out of two locations be mindful of that when heading to your appointments. I do like that the most flexible hours in the area are for orthodontists, and they're open late and on some Saturdays, so your child won't have to miss school or a parent won't have to miss a whole day of work. Now, almost 10 years later I returned since I had not been wearing my night time retainers and felt as though my teeth had shifted. They took me back as a patient no questions asked and I've been using clear retainers to shift my teeth back into their perfectly straight alignment (they were already pretty straight but I'm kind of type A so that's why I went back) a few months later and my teeth are beautiful and straight again! I will always wear my night time retainer and I regretted not wearing it as a young teen. Anyways, the whole point of this is to say they work with you as the patient to help you achieve that "Hollywood" smile. As a kid I remember coming here and loving it, I mean the inside is decked out like Hollywood so it is very kid friendly. There is free popcorn, coffee, and video games kids can play while they wait. The staff is very nice as well as the doctors. From when I was a kid up until my frequent visits recently I have seen the same doctors and nothing has changed! They are SO nice! Warm and welcoming. I am surprised they didn't have many reviews so that's why I decided to leave such a detailed one. I would totally take my kid here if I had one. Any wait is worth it, as a kid I may have waited a max of 30 min with my mom but for small procedures like I'm doing now I wait maybe 5 minutes. It really just depends on what your getting done.

I called and spoke first to Jorydn at the front desk who was lovely, helpful and put me at ease. She listened and helped me to schedule an appointment. Went into the office and they are very prepared during COVID work a survey, temp checks and hand sanitizer. Madison helped me with x-rays and prep, saw Dr. Houari who is kind and explains everything. I will definitely be going back and bringing the rest of my family too been seen by him as well.
