My husband was 25 at the time, and I've been with my husband since we were 15. He hated smiling. He was very insecure. His dream was to have his teeth straightened to where he could smile again. He picked careers that didn't need much interaction with people. While going through treatment, we were always treated like family. I remember coming with my husband to appointments and wishing I worked here. Dr. Benham and his team were always there. Even if a bracket popped off he had an assistant that was willing to meet him at the other location on his lunch break just to help out. They changed my husbands life. Fixing his teeth gave him the confidence to quit his job and apply and change job careers. I saw my husband making friends and even WANTED to take photos with me. Dr Benham changed my husbands life. We moved out of state for a while and I never stopped thinking of this office. In fact, I was given a chance to work at a start up orthodontics practice. I fell in love with ortho because of Dr. Benham and his team and what they did for my husband. I am still blessed to work at my job but I work remotely now and are back in Texas. We have a 7 year old son that we recently brought back to Benham Ortho. It was so crazy to be back in this office and see some familiar faces.. it was like being back with family. I love that they are going to be there every step of the way for our son Julian. He has had some traumatic dental experience and although they were very busy.. Dr. Benham noticed how scared and nervous Julian was. He stayed in the consult just to calm Julian down and explain to him everything and how things work and how they promise they will take good care of him. Working in ortho, I know how busy the clinic can get and how it can get backed up. Not once did his team seemed stressed or behind and I'm thankful they took the time with us. We look forward to coming back next week and getting an appliance put in for my son. Thank you for welcoming us back with open arms and for changing my husbands life. During her second phase, Dr. Ryan…read morementioned she had a large gummy smile and suggested we try to treat it without surgery requiring breaking of her jaw. We had dental tads surgically screwed into her gums (Dr. Newton at OSANT) and then Dr. Ryan pulled up her upper teeth over the course of a few months. After he moved the teeth up, we had her excess gum tissue removed (Dr. Chang at Periodontics and implant center). We couldn't be any happier with her non-gummy smile and the skill and care we received at Packard Family Orthodontics. They have 2 convenient locations, in mckinney and Anna and we never have to wait long to be seen. They are always good about explaining what comes next and are one of the few, if not only, Ortho's who do this type of gum treatment. Totally recommend.

Your first impression with a dr office is always over the phone to set your first appointment. Wow! So friendly, professional and helping you over the phone answering as many questions as you might have. Setting up the appointment was easy and filling out all your new patient forms online was as well. We knew that our children do need braces since they were little (every pediatric dentist have been telling that to us based on the X-rays). Your little ones will need braces! So, we cam here preparing ourselves that it will be a long treatment that's not fully covered by insurance. First of all, Dr Ghosh is pretty awesome with children. He took away all their nervousness by engaging them in conversation, explaining and keep checking on them if they understand the treatment plan and how to take care of their braces. He also cracked little jokes here and there to make them smile and laugh, which is pretty awesome! The staff has been nothing but helpful and friendly. We had to come in couple of times to fix some issues on their braces. And we were able to get same day appointments and get any issues fixed right away. They also offer payment plans for patients which is great and thankfully they deal with all the insurance claims and I don't have to worry about a thing! And I can already see some improvements just after a month of wearing their braces, my kids teeth look already so much more straight! And it gives them such a confidence boost! We absolutely love Dr. Ghosh and his team here in Allen!

I had completed a minor Invisalign set with another orthodontist but required a final "refinement"…read moretray. Looking forward to completing the project and hoping to switch to a new orthodontist moving forward I called this location. Greeted kindly, I was told this location did take Invisalign transfers but I would have to agree to their billing terms (which I did) and submit paperwork to transfer my treatment/case from my previous ortho. I noted I did not want to notify/cut ties with my previous orthodontist unless I was sure I could receive service - I was indeed assured they would be able to help me. After providing all the transfer documents, this place went silent for a week. The second week I emailed and asked if I could help somehow and was told the orthodontist was out that week. The following week the orthodontist was "reviewing my case". The next week the orthodontist was "making a decision" and then just shy of a month from reaching out I received a letter noting that after reviewing my information, I was being refused service. I don't know what caused this decision, but I was never seen or consulted. I also confirmed they never received my case details so I can only guess this decision was due to a prejudice of some kind. Because I was forced to transfer my case but it was not taken, I was left in an awful position. They clearly didn't care. Luckily, my dentist stepped in and is trying another transfer from my original ortho. He noted my need is outrageously simple and didn't understand why I would have been turned away. While I have no problem with a business rejecting a patient, this one strung me along and jeopardized my progress / entire situation unnecessarily. Beyond the unclear rejection, it's apparent some processes need work here and this practice doesn't have their act together. My treatment would be complete by now if I had never reached out to Willow Bend Orthodontics / Tamara Jones.
