We used Fedex as we have been a client for 20 plus years. Our packages arrived smashed to little bits even though every surface was marked fragile. We then filed a claim with a Fedex. Almost 4 month's later we finally got a refund after Fedex gave us the worst runaround in history. Now, let me tell you why to use these shippers. Their employee Robert fought for us to get the standard amount the packages were insured for. He NEVER gave up. He escalated our property loss when most people would have given up. Here you have the extremes personified...Fedex being the worst company I have ever dealt with and Kwik Print with an honorable and hard working employee like Robert.
