Naturally, the mailbox was full and I was disconnected. I'm afraid they rely on the return services of the schools and their athletic programs and don't have to put much thought or effort into new orders. Very disappointing.

I went in to print a PDF that was set up for a template of Avery labels. When it printed it was too small (about 90% of original) and didn't align on the labels, so I thought I must've messed something up with the file. When I went to pay for the one sheet printed they charge me $2.70 and said they had a $2.50 Cent set up fee for printing a PDF off of a thumb drive. Then the lady said "I suppose I should've told you that on the phone" but never apologized. Came back to the house and printed the exact file from the thumb drive on my printer and it was fine. When I called and told them, they wouldn't take the responsibility for it or apologize. I will never use this print shop again.j

Knitology has a variety of yarns but their claim to fame is their Reaction yarns. Reaction yarn is dyed on site! The guys are great. They also have a large open area so that people can sit and knit.
