There's extensive water damage in each building that has been going on for years. Everyone has complained, shown proof, begged for it to be fixed. I personally had it all tested through Biostar mold testing. The news covered it due to how extremely high the mold counts are and which molds are present. Personally, my brain has had swelling and I had to be admitted into the hospital. So many people are sick. Mold kills. And this guy won't fix a thing. It smells so awful. Everything we own smells. Our daughter is now on constant breathing treatments. They have the money to fix everything but choose not to. Everyone is moving out due to being deathly ill. He even refuses to give families back their deposits, even after they lose everything to mold. I wouldn't do business with this place due to the fact that they lack morals and the dollar sign and greed over rule human decency and to keep their tenants safe.

Tree removal was long overdue. I went thru the Valpak coupon mailer and picked a few places that looked promising and would give a free estimate within a few days. After collecting some quotes, Elite Arborist was the top pick. When they pulled up I noticed their motto is "Exceeding Your Expectations." They did. I would actually give them an extra star if I could because the crew busted their...ahem, "chops". (I have more tree puns if needed.) It was an all day job and after watching how strenuous it was, I've decided to never complain about washing dishes again. I also tipped the crew although each one said it wasn't necessary. Quite a few neighbors stopped by to chat and enjoy the show. It was fascinating. You could see the trimmer's years of experience in how fast and how expertly they handled some towering maples. (A 4 foot diameter stump was pretty impressive to me.) They cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. Now with so much space I'm thinking of planting a small wisteria (tree form) in spring. After the trees came down, my brother took a look at the backyard. Now some of the interior renovation debris (waiting to be hauled away) is more visible and he said the place looked like "Sanford & Son." I'm still highly amused (while simultaneously slightly chagrined) by that comment. He then proceeded to take some leftover logs and rocks and constructed a TTF which he rode his mountain bike over. I have to admit I rode over it too. Both scheduling and work were done in a timely manner and I'm pretty confident it was a fine deal. Their name fits and I do positively recommend Elite Arborist.
