If the customer isn't satisfied, fix it, and you won't have to defend yourself... but defend yourself first, and you lose a customer. Months later, these people have had the gall to call my completely fair review of the poor job they did at my house as "slanderous", called my wife a liar, and would rather fight with customers than own up to their shortcomings. That's what you get when you work with them, apparently, but I have the pictures and the quote they have BEFORE doing the work to challenge all their BS. Not worth your time, or money. Period.

Since COVID-19 social distancing rules were not yet established the start date changed a few times over a few months, which is completely understandable. The day before he was supposed to start I figured I would reconfirm that he was starting the next day since he had not said anything since asking me if that date would work. He replied on the day very rudely with "I never confirmed for today at 2 I'm booked at this time. I asked when the next available date was and received no reply. Why would he ask me if that date worked and I replied within a minute of him asking me, so it was pretty safe to assume we were good to go. He has done projects for us before and everything went great, so I am not sure why he decided to be rude. Needless to say, I found someone else that is more reliable.
