Dennis is great! We had bought a new home and there was already a home theater setup in terms of wiring. The bad news was that there was no way to know what wires were which and the wires all looked messy. Dennis came in and thoroughly checked all the wires, matched them with the right speakers, and then put banana plugs on the ends of the messy open wires. He also helped me set up the new home theater for 7.1 sound. He also mounted a few TVs. I can't recommend Dennis enough. For about a year, we had been trying to replace a faulty HDMI cable routed through our floor and wall in the family room. * Over 10 different companies came to our house to give quotes. * Only 5 actually sent the promised quotes. * None were able to replace the faulty cable with several claiming it was impossible (without cutting open the entire wall) due to how the cable had been routed. After giving up for a few months and living with a temporary cable running sloppily across the floor, we were forced to revisit this project due to our 2 year old becoming increasingly curious and active. It was only a matter of time before he damaged.. something. I reluctantly tried Yelp again. Dennis was extremely responsive and tried to help us find a solution without the cost of rerouting the cable (and potentially opening a wall). Fortunately, the previous house owners had also wired cat5 to all of the rooms and the central entertainment closet. Unfortunately, despite Dennis' best efforts, none of the HDMI over ethernet options worked. Even though it didn't solve the problem, I really appreciate him going the extra mile to try to save us some time and expense. Once we realized these options wouldn't work, Dennis agreed to come over and see what can be done. My confidence was very low given our experience with previous attempts to replace the cable, but we decided try one more time. Not only was Dennis able to replace the cable where no one else could, he did so at a very reasonable cost. No walls were harmed in the process! I started my search knowing nothing about TV mounting so I sent a message to a number of TV mounting services. They were all pretty vague as to what they covered and what extra charges would be and when Dennis called and texted me he gave me the exact price with no hidden fees.
