After visiting many dental practices over the years and in several different states, I honestly can't say enough wonderful things about Heritage Dental. I was given a chair right in front of a huge window overlooking their lovely outdoor fountain. They even provided noise-canceling headphones with my choice of music. Somehow, what I expected to be a stressful afternoon turned into an unexpectedly pleasant one! Dr. Nguyen is incredibly capable, funny, and reassuring. Taylor, his associate who has been with them for years, was exceptionally caring, gentle, and efficient. Dr. Houston finished my crown placement with ease. And the crown? Beautifully done while I waited. One and done! The entire experience was a 10/10, and I'm a very tough judge! What impressed me just as much was the follow-up. The office checked in afterward, and Dr. Nguyen personally texted me twice to see how I was doing. That kind of genuine care is rare. Ushered to a room for full panoramic and bite wing X-rays...My fault, without thinking each thing they do comes at a cost. But I believe a professional office should inform you if the costs associated UP FRONT. Next, the friendly dentist, looked at the X-ray and immediately told me he would have to refer me to an endodontist and it would cost $1500 for a root canal!! THE FRIENDLY DENTIST NOR HIS ASSISTANT NEVER LOOKED IN MY MOUTH! They provided the appt information for the referral, a copy of my xrays and a bill for $310 DOLLARS! All told, I was there for maybe 20 minutes! I'm looking for an HONEST DENTIST, if you find one please let everyone know!

The office uses some of the most advanced technology available. Your dental care is up to you. Do you want to be proactive or wait for a problem! I prefer to be proactive. The office provides most all dental procedures you may require. The office staff is great. Courteous, professional and extremely well trained and educated. My dentist, Dr. Hall is terrific. Personable, and spent more time with me explain the findings of the initial findings than any dentist I have been to. We determined what work had to be done, what had to be watched and a program set in place. The follow up is great. The day I had two crowns put in Dr. Hall took the time to call me at home in the evening to see how I was doing and make sure I was satisfied with the work. Amazing client care. I get my teeth cleaned every four months. I think I have finally found my dentist for life!

Now they said they did the credit to the other office in Mulberry. Well has of today 12/29/ the credit has not been done. Now I was told that it will be completed with the Mulberry office today. I will never to any more business with Smile Design. All the Lady Lake office does is give you the round around.
