From the moment we walked in, Dr. Nguyen and his entire staff were professional, warm, and welcoming. The office is immaculate and has a beautiful, almost spa-like atmosphere that immediately put us at ease. I'm a true decades long dental-phobe, and I recently needed a crown. After visiting many dental practices over the years and in several different states, I honestly can't say enough wonderful things about Heritage Dental. I was given a chair right in front of a huge window overlooking their lovely outdoor fountain. They even provided noise-canceling headphones with my choice of music. Somehow, what I expected to be a stressful afternoon turned into an unexpectedly pleasant one! Dr. Nguyen is incredibly capable, funny, and reassuring. Taylor, his associate who has been with them for years, was exceptionally caring, gentle, and efficient. Dr. Houston finished my crown placement with ease. And the crown? Beautifully done while I waited. One and done! The entire experience was a 10/10, and I'm a very tough judge! What impressed me just as much was the follow-up. The office checked in afterward, and Dr. Nguyen personally texted me twice to see how I was doing. That kind of genuine care is rare. Katie at the front desk and everyone at Heritage Dental played a part in helping to diminish decade of serious dental anxiety. Giving birth was easier…read more Based on the "oral surgery " consultation I failed to realize this isn't an oral surgery practice. My fault. Self pay, no insurance. Went back twice expressing pain. Doctor never came in to check, no call to check on post op needs. Used X-rays and tech reports to advise my care. She was wonderful, and not a dentist. Today, almost two months later, I saw my NY family dentist, he removed a small floating bone spur. Determined necessary after a quick physical examination. It took about thirty seconds to remove. Wow! Already feels better. I recommend using an oral surgeon for extraction, and if there are post op issues insisting on seeing the dentist. There was no need for me to suffer this long.

The office provides most all dental procedures you may require. The office staff is great. Courteous, professional and extremely well trained and educated. My dentist, Dr. Hall is terrific. Personable, and spent more time with me explain the findings of the initial findings than any dentist I have been to. We determined what work had to be done, what had to be watched and a program set in place. The follow up is great. The day I had two crowns put in Dr. Hall took the time to call me at home in the evening to see how I was doing and make sure I was satisfied with the work. Amazing client care.
