This last time my vehicle was there for almost 3 weeks. I would drive by daily and notice that my vehicle had not moved from its spot on the lot. When I would call, I was told how they hadn't time to look at it but they were going to look at it and yet other cars were moving in and out. When I finally just went to get my vehicle I was told that they couldn't find anything wrong other than rough idling. Ok if that's what you found why didn't you call me about options to fix it? Instead I asked the owner to come out to the vehicle while I started it. The valves rattled like they were trying to jump out of the engine. I just told him I would take it home with me. The owner called me the next day to apologize but until I see some evidence that he is moving vehicles in and out of his shop I'll just take my vehicles elsewhere. I had the good fortune to have a backup vehicle but if it had been someone else they would not have been able to do without their vehicle for three weeks only to get it back in the same condition. They do good work but he needs to hire more mechanics to get a quicker turnaround on repairs. Here's hoping he rights his ship soon. Normally I would give only 1 or 2 stars for service like this but I have them one extra for his past service. I will leave future reviews to either raise or lower this rating.

We was broken down in Moultrie Georgia and it was the 31st , yes of course NEW YEARS EVE DAY, No…read moreone would come out for us, we had lost the key fob to a 2023 Chevrolet Malibu and no one had a blank, Nothing had been open until today, we called again everywhere today with no luck at all again. Finally we called Roadside Assistance and a Hertz and we are getting the car switched out for another rental. They called Mikes Towing and when they came out it was immediately after they received the call. We had to wait on another truck because the one they sent out was to small for us and all of our stuff. They was nice enough to call in a bigger truck and all the drivers was very respectful and honest and very prompt. When JJ our new driver arrived it's like we was all family, He treated us so nice and he was so helpful with the whole process. I recommend these men and this company to anyone. Please tip your tow truck driver and thank them!

After visiting several gas stations and finding either none or out of service (lines completely cut!) air machines we stumbled across Eric's. Our saviors! Sure, it looks pretty rough from the outside but the woman was friendly and offered to fill our tire straight away. She refused any kind of money and had us back on the road in a jiffy. Thank you, ma'am! I wish we lived closer so I could give them some actual business, seems like a legit place.
