I dropped my truck off on a Friday, and they said it would most likely take 2-3 days to fix, including time to buy parts, but since they were a bit understaffed, she was going to promise me it done by the following Friday. I was fine with that. The Thursday before the promise date, I called to ask what time I could pick up my truck at. It was then (only after I called them) I was informed that they hadn't even started work yet. That's when I informed them I needed it for a work trip by the following Wednesday. Knowing it was in a rush, they decided... to not start until 3 o'clock Monday. Unsurprisingly, they didn't have it fixed before the work trip.

This last time my vehicle was there for almost 3 weeks. I would drive by daily and notice that my vehicle had not moved from its spot on the lot. When I would call, I was told how they hadn't time to look at it but they were going to look at it and yet other cars were moving in and out. When I finally just went to get my vehicle I was told that they couldn't find anything wrong other than rough idling. Ok if that's what you found why didn't you call me about options to fix it? Instead I asked the owner to come out to the vehicle while I started it. The valves rattled like they were trying to jump out of the engine. I just told him I would take it home with me. The owner called me the next day to apologize but until I see some evidence that he is moving vehicles in and out of his shop I'll just take my vehicles elsewhere. I had the good fortune to have a backup vehicle but if it had been someone else they would not have been able to do without their vehicle for three weeks only to get it back in the same condition. They do good work but he needs to hire more mechanics to get a quicker turnaround on repairs. Here's hoping he rights his ship soon. Normally I would give only 1 or 2 stars for service like this but I have them one extra for his past service. I will leave future reviews to either raise or lower this rating.
