He advertised…read morea warranty for his work (on his website) & guaranteed me his Work & Customer Satisfaction for 1 Year... to get me to hire him. I hired him to remodel my entire 2 car garage. He did not cover or protect most of the things in my garage then did a horrible popcorn ceiling & paint job & left my garage a total mess with sprayed popcorn texture all over the interior garage door, my garage door opening system, my Red Cedar trim/baseboards & destroyed 3 fans he borrowed from me to dry the ceiling texture. The popcorn ceiling was not installed properly & immediately started cracking/bubbling. The bubbling and cracked ceiling texture HAS NOW STARTED FALLING OFF THE CEILING IN HUNKS onto my car & things stored in the garage. I will have to hire another contractor to come remove the whole defective ceiling job & start over...paying double fees to remove/replace his defective workmanship & product! He has ignored my attempts to contact him for 9 months to come repair his defective workmanship & clean up the the horrible mess he made! I paid him & now he has taken my money & RUN! I have repeatedly requested a copy of his licenses, insurance & bond he said he had. I have never received them or heard from him so I recently called Jefferson County, TN & the City of Dandridge (his home & business address) to verify his business licenses. I was told by both Jefferson County/ Dandridge City that his licenses with them expired 5/15/26. I called the TN State Regulatory Board Licensing Agency & they STATED he has never had a TN State Business License for his LLC Business with them. I have now filed a bad-faith & deceptive business practice complaint with the BBB who is investigating. They recommended I file the same report with TN State Regulatory Licensing Division, State Revenue Division, Consumer Protection/Affairs Agency & Attorney General's Office. (Which I have done.) The Attorney General's office called me & advised me to immediately file a law suit AND file a report with my County's Sheriff's Detectives because one of his employees is trying to intimidate me by staking out my house & watching me. He has bad reviews posted on social media by other people. 2 days ago Angie's List told me by phone & email that they have now removed his business listing from all their websites.
