When an issue with the trash dumpster came up on the day of the work, they called me and offered solutions that worked out well, and didn't cost time on the job. Their communication was excellent, as I had a few text messages and calls with William Hunt, the estimator. This communication was very important as I, the owner, live in Europe, so working around the time difference was important. The work was done on schedule, and properly. I would gladly recommend Turner Exteriors to anyone needing a top-quality roof installed.

Reasonable estimate price and showed up when they said they would. When the shingle color we picked was out of stock locally, they sent someone to Atlanta to pick them up!!! We discovered severe damage to our existing roof from a previous crappy job. All Around jumped right in and replaced the rotted section including several rafters. Minimal increase to the price. Fast workers and pleasant to deal with. Clean up after themselves. Job included framing roof on new porch, replacing shoddily installed metal roof including extra work noted above as well as amazing gutter installation.

The leak from a severe storm happened in mid March. Here we are, now about to start August and the job is still incomplete. Whomever organizes the job and crew scheduling is in desperate need of being replaced, we believe that is Dale since he is the one dealt with. Demo began on March 25th. We had very nice pair of sub's show up to remove the ceiling and affected drywall. Once demo was done, "Mike" said that he was picking up the new wood that day and was bringing it to his shop where he could keep it safe from the rainy weather. There is where he would stain it and allow it to dry. He said he'd be back after the wkind. When that never happened and another full WEEK went by with no response or communication by Mike? His boss Dale was contacted. He claimed that Mike just "disappeared" and he was done dealing with subs. He added that he was personally going to pick up the stained wood from Mike's shop and deliver it to our home, himself. Well that never happened either! Again no word and no wood for another few weeks. Had WE not chased them down with numerous texts and phone calls? We still would be waiting. Dale finally responded and with an attitude, claimed they had to buy all the wood because it was never even purchased. He later claimed that Mike allegedly had a stroke and that is why NOBODY from Trinity had been out here for almost a month! They already had 50% of the entire job prepaid so you would think that they'd communicate this and send replacements out right away but nope! They did nothing. Just made excuses at every turn, including finally sending out a new "employee" named, Dennis, who said that they were really shorthanded and still had a lot of new jobs coming in, and were only hiring employees now, no more subs. I commented that Trinity needed to complete the jobs that they already HAD in their pipeline before taking any new work, especially when they were so shorthanded and in our case, had already collected half been paid up front. Dennis agreed and went on to repeatedly assure us that he was told by his boss that he would personally show up every day until the job was 100% done. He said that there would be no more working one or two days then pulling "no call & no shows" for days on end. I told him that this was great news. Well? That "I'll be here every single day!" lasted three days before we found out that he was now being sent to do other jobs and his brother was just hired on to take his place. When Dennis did return he complained about not having enough time each day due to my need to get chemo in Maryville. So I had my medical team rework their schedule and extend each appt for that week to be the last of the day so I could make life easier for Dennis. I also told him that he was welcome to come by at 7am instead of the usual 9:30 and that the added hours should give them full days during my week of chemo. So what did they do? Showed up at 7am, worked a few hours, took their half hour lunch breaks and left before 1:30 each day! So why did I bother to mess with my chemo treatments? It was a waste of time for me. I even allowed them to interrupt my wknds by letting them work on a few Saturdays. On the day when Dennis said he planned to begin painting the next morning? He showed up empty handed. He asked me to write down the color name of the paint because he forgot it and I did. It was over two hours before he finally returned and when the painted areas were dry? We saw that he used a gloss paint and not flat as the entire interior of the house is done in! How does a professional NOT know the difference between gloss and flat surfaces? When shown what a mess it looked like, this "professional" carpenter/painter said that he was never told that it needed to be flat. He was now trying to blame ME. I've seen entire cabins built faster than this company is able to handle and complete a job as simple as a kitchen ceiling and a porch rail. As for these issues? a drop in the bucket as they don't even cover them ALL. As a result? We would give this company negative 5-stars if this site allowed for it.
