She also somehow negligently commingled my information with another Allstate customer and gave them access to my personal information. Still was unwilling to admit her incompetence. I have never been treated like she talked to me. She's an arrogant bully. If you have had similar experiences, be sure to file a complaint against her with the Indiana Department of Insurance and with her errors and omissions insurance.
