She refused to admit her error and just dug in deeper that she did nothing wrong. I have--excuse me HAD--multiple other policies with her...and she never once picked up the phone to see why one of many policies was unpaid. Smells a bit fishy. She also somehow negligently commingled my information with another Allstate customer and gave them access to my personal information. Still was unwilling to admit her incompetence. I have never been treated like she talked to me. She's an arrogant bully. If you have had similar experiences, be sure to file a complaint against her with the Indiana Department of Insurance and with her errors and omissions insurance.
