I decided to use this business for a change, as their rates were lower for an after-hours weekend call ($600-$800). However, the plumber didn't have the right drain snake with them, so they came back the next day with the proper tooling. They charged me over $1,700 for two days of work! The manager is also refusing to reduce the amount below $1,100. This is a dishonest business. I would not recommend calling this number or working with them.

Then I received a bill for almost $500. There is no indication on their website nor verbally was I told of their charging for an inspection. I thought ithe charge was egregious.
