The biggest draw for me is when I describe how I want my hair done, they do it as I ask and do it consistently. Her hair cuts are global meaning she just about knows how to cut any hair style from what I have seen. She actually knows how to use a pair of scissors as where I have gone to a few other places where the person who was cutting my hair only knew how to use sheers. Now I like a good 70's style hair cut, (feathered and layered) and after they were done butchering me with the ole electric sheers I had to wait 8 months for my hair to grow out again. Thankfully I decided to try Kates which is just blocks from my home and I've known about it for a long time. Anyway, Kate knows her shit and is well worth a try and nobody in this town has more reasonable rates than her.
