I text Hugo a photo of the chairs and he sent me a quote and instructions on how much fabric would be needed the same day. Hugo provided the foam, and we dropped off the chairs and fabric on a Tuesday. The chairs were completed by Sunday. He suggested adding a cushion but I wanted crewel needlework fabric like the original seat I remembered, which I assumed they wouldn't have. Jeff stated that he knew someone that might be able to help and made a phone call. Moments later, photos of fabrics were sent and I had a crewel pattern selected. So the estimate was adjusted to include a reupholstered seat with springs and seat foam. Approximately 8 weeks later, my rocker was ready and I'm delighted with the outcome.
