They are held in the back of the store in acute room that has maps on the wall of the different wine regions. We signed in and there were some cheese and crackers and a few other snacks. We sat down and listened to Tony tell us about the differences between cava, Prosecco and French champagne. I was surprised that we were told we could only sample three of the eight options. They said it was a state of Michigan law. I wanted to try them all! Tony was knowledgeable and had a sense of humor. He presented the information in a understandable way. The classes are free but book up early. I thoroughly enjoyed this and ended up going home with several hundred dollars worth of French champagne!
