It's a very straightforward process…read more As soon as you enter, you scan your ID to check-in then you go to a kiosk and you place your order from there. I personally like seeing photos of things on a kiosk so this spot works out for me because I can be indecisive at times lol. The employee at check-in is very helpful if you need an opinion on what to purchase. They have a great variety and I'm more of an edible's person so I really like the options they have. I also like how you can see the percentages of each item. Once you place your order through the kiosk, you will receive a text message when it's ready. I never had to wait more than a minute so check out is very quick. An employee comes out with your items and you can pay in cash or card. Be mindful there is a $3.50 charge if you do use your card. At the register they have additional things you can buy like hand sanitizer, lighters, pipes, etc. I drive here so parking can be a little rough. It is downtown Jersey City but I've been lucky a couple times and the times I'm not I just double park with my hazards on and have had no issues. I went to Cream today. When to the store for the 1st time and presented my medical card I was…read moredenied. They asked for a state ID. I didn't know that Cream Cannabis Dispensary doesn't honor medical patient access to an establishment and deny access when a patient uses a card from the New Jersey Cannabis Regulatory Commission as a state ID to purchase. I have never heard of this before. Anyway... not a problem. I just went to another dispensary down the street... presented my card... made a few purchases. I received a response from the GM with an apology and discount. Thank you for your follow up and addressing the issue. Looking forward to returning.
