The service is fast usually, depending on the day and time but always friendly and they try to give you good deals when they can on your pies. The pizza itself is good to very good, taste is always very zesty and the crust is so good! Sometimes it can have a little too much sauce on it but that isn't enough for me to not give it a five all day rating. It's good cold for leftovers too!

I just wanted to update: The GM called me, he said he saw me…read moreleave a complaint with Hardees and this review on Yelp. We spoke for almost 20 minutes on the phone. He was very apologetic and sympathetic about this experience. He stated he went back and watched the video from the store and could see that the way the store handled the situation was inappropriate and he plans on speaking with the people involved at the store. He offered me a refund and a free replacement of the food. I told him it was only $5 and I wasn't worried about a refund I didn't know if I was comfortable going back after that but he insisted he would keep my name on the books if I ever changed my mind. I was impressed with how he handed it as some GM back their team up and did not have compaction for the customer and this was not the case whatsoever and I appreciate that very much.
