But, some dedicated people put a lot of sweat and money into renovating this building. Now, it is delightful; all three floors. There is an Auditorium on the ground floor that seats about 400 downstairs and another 200 in the balcony (which you enter from the 2nd floor). It would be an ideal spot for small concerts like Loudon Wainwright, Colin Hay, Livingston Taylor, etc. There is also a tiny theater on the 3rd floor (seats about 75). There are former classrooms that are being used for dance classes, yoga classes, etc. During the summer of 2017, they have a fine art show throughout the building (all 3 levels) titled "This Great Earth". I hope you realize that the Earth without Art is just Eh.

Every single person who works here is kind and helpful. The class sizes are small which allows my daughter to learn better. The communication from Miss Brady about classes, recitals, costumes, etc is quick and efficient. The Covid protocols are well enforced - we felt safe (and were safe!) throughout Covid. The waiting room and facilities are clean and organized. Miss Brady understands that some kids want to eat, sleep and breathe dance and others want to dance as a hobby. Being a part of the DTL family has been a wonderful experience for us. I HIGHLY recommend.
