Texted back and forth 3 times and he said they would get us in. After a week I texted them again and he said he'd get us on the schedule by Saturday. Never heard another thing. Ended up cleaning our carpets with our home carpet cleaner and the water was black . This was in a room we haven't used because of the carpet issue's , so it wasn't a high traffic room. Didn't expect it to be so dirty right after being cleaned professionally. I emailed and texted once more to see if they'd come back out and heard nothing. We just had another company come today and it was much more high quality equipment and actually steam cleaned.

I was not home at the time he quit and noticed this upon my return. I called Oxi immediately and spoke to a very nice, professional lady. She offered to schedule another appt, but we had guests coming the following night, so we got down on our hands & knees and cleaned area ourselves, up to baseboards! We had moved all of the furniture out of the way except 2 sofas and a recliner, thinking Oxi would help us move those to the side....wrong!! Chris does NOT move furniture! When he was finished with dining area, we moved dining room furniture back into room. I ask him for furniture leg protectors and he stated they do not use them....other carpet cleaners have always moved furniture and used leg protectors. The young lady I spoke to was very apologetic and said she would send this info to their Wichita office and the franchise owner (Eric Fahnestock) would get in touch with us. Just came in through the front door, without prior permission. Once I heard a loud bang.. cleaning lady had dropped my copper wall clock from 4 ' .I put it back on the wall myself. Does not work now. It was a $50.00 restoration hardware Quartz clock. Never said sorry or anthing. They billed me for 3.5 hrs. When it was originally set for 2:45 min job.,They worked hard , but not smart eg. "cleaning all the things I said not to do.It was like the keystone cops, or circus clowns just running around with no clear plan, and expecting me to pay for them unnecessarily cleaning what I had done 11/3hrs on my own. This team did not understand english, and the owner can hardly speak clear english. She thinks her employees can converse clearly( laughable). My rating of 2 stars is gift. These cleaners are not to be left without close supervision. Who wants that??. That is why you hire capable people. Very disappointing,and irritated with this companies' cleaning organization.
