Initially a great company. Quick response got us in quick. Carpets were not super clean after -…read moredefinitely not the best most high quality option. Used something similar to what we had at home to clean our carpets. Smell did not come out and they said to let them know and they would come back out. Texted back and forth 3 times and he said they would get us in. After a week I texted them again and he said he'd get us on the schedule by Saturday. Never heard another thing. Ended up cleaning our carpets with our home carpet cleaner and the water was black . This was in a room we haven't used because of the carpet issue's , so it wasn't a high traffic room. Didn't expect it to be so dirty right after being cleaned professionally. I emailed and texted once more to see if they'd come back out and heard nothing. We just had another company come today and it was much more high quality equipment and actually steam cleaned.
