I didn't know if Mel's did just residential or did small commercial jobs. He quickly came out and gave me an estimate of what it would take to do the waiting areas, hallways, nurse station and kitchen in our 6000 ft clinic. Mel's did a great job stretching and cleaning our living-room and stairway carpeting. Evidentially, the carpet wasn't installed properly and it had ridges and wrinkles. Now our carpeting looks so much better. Our son told us it looks brand new. Mel was friendly and easy to work with. Mel's team showed up on time, reconfirmed what we wanted done, added an oriental rug and it ended up being less time and money than we thought it would be. Made an old builder's grade carpet look much better. Now I don't have to apologize for the carpet when people come over, except for the ugly brown color. At least it looks brighter and clean.
