He made me feel reassured that my EEG would be read carefully. I feel so lucky that the EEG didn't show any abnormal activity. My neurologist at St. Peter's Health Partners wanted to put me in the hospital anyway to be sure, but I am confident in the results of the EEG that Capital Care Neurology did. I'm not going back to that other neurologist unless I have an obvious grand mal seizure.

Next available appointment was made for November 4, three months from now, but our daughter will be three hundred miles away at college by then. We were also told that another provider would not stand in for the consultation meeting, which may be the only professional practice on the planet where this is the case. My daughter cannot continue her treatments until they complete the consultation and at this point she is already off her treatment plan. Mary and April in their scheduling office are condescending, rude and inconsiderate and refuse to answer any questions. Go anywhere else you can.

Whenever I return "home", to North Adams, for more than 2 - 3 days, I always try to book an appointment with Dr. Van Uitert. He has done the Suprascapular Nerve Blocks, and other procedures, many times. I normally have these procedures at some of the top medical centers in the country; Cedars is #2, UCLA Med is #5. In my opinion, Dr. Van Uitert is top-notch. Extremely knowledgeable, engaged w/patient, caring, and spends quality time w/you. Both my parents switched to him, and love him.
