Aside from the constant drama, the inability to do anything without her "shadow" buddy, who followed her like a puppy but did nothing, she took $500 from me to go get doors and knobs and disappeared without responding to numerous texts and emails for a week. We had to hire an alternative handyman to redo the few things she had attempted which set the project back more than a week.
