I drove 45 minutes to this clinic just to be massively dissapointed before even seeing the doctor…read more First note that this clinics Web url is also the name of another local clinic, so google maps will likely send you somewhere else. Secondly their map on their website will take you to the hospital across the street and their clinic has poor road identification. Secondly their forms do not inspire any level of confidence. They are not scanned evenly, chopping off a chunk of information that they still expect you to properly fill out and sign. They were also either running out of ink or copied a form with lightly visible printing. The paperwork also includes insurance information, which most other clinics are kind enough to fill out in your stead to reduce wait time and client paperwork, not these guys. Their is also a small amount of duplicate questions on what seems like page 1 and 2 of the exact same form. Thirdly their demeanor was terrible. While I canceled my appointment before even seeing the doctor, so I cannot comment on him. Their office manager? Was terribly abbrasive, while I did call the forms shit in front of her I did not address or demean her so her attitude twards me out of place and not initiated by myself. The front desk lady was nice enough however, although she did seem a bit uninformed with few answers. If the doctor is good, maybe the clinics other flaws could be overlooked. It's more likely that their organizational and demeanor is a reflection of himself, and if it is not then it should be, being his clinic. I decided not to trust this clinic with my personal information before seeing the doctor. Also, if your running a public clinic don't put on a preachy/bias TV channel. It's takey, we don't go to the doctors to hear bloated unfounded opinions regardless if it's FOX or CNN. It's just plain takey, if it represents the doctors views, fine but he should not push it onto his clients.

Did a "Heartwise" set of testing with this office and was informed there were no charges. Found…read moreout my insurance was in fact billed for everything to the tune of just over $3000!!!! Then I find out that I was diagnosed with a heart condition that I do not have!!! Just to generate more income for you to come back in for more testing!!! Of course the next times you get charged. I followed up with my primary and no, no heart condition. Can you imagine the panic some patients are put through?? Horrible practice just to make money off of insurance, drive up patients cost and make insurance payments go up!!! Bad business!!!!

I have had the privilege of being Dr. Hall's patient for a couple of years. He's a wonderful…read moredoctor. Today I arrived with no appointment and four issues, one critical. Audrey at the desk patiently listened between patient check-ins. She relayed my needs to Dr. Hall. I needed an emergency letter today for an important issue. He immediately accommodated me and made an appointment only hours later. I returned and was treated like a king. Dr. Hall is extremely sharp. He is very current and knows as much as 3-5 typical doctors. Kelsey was very thorough and caring. Asked great questions. She gave me a quick examination and added it to the report. Kim quickly typed the letter after Dr. Hall examined me. They made sure it was perfect and I left with it. Incredible! They also scheduled my wife for a non-standard appointment slot due to work her medical work conflicts. No problem. My two other issues were not urgent and were cheduled only a month out in a town where appointments are very tough to get. Dr. Hall also identified a fifth issue with me and set it for the next appointment as well. The amount of understanding, patience, and accommodation at this office was more than anyone could reasonably expect. Kelsey was great. Thorough and professional. Audrey got everything set up. Kim worked on the letter diligently while everything was happening. And Dr Hall, as always, was superb. I cannot recommend this office and these people more highly. Thank you so much!

Recently had a trip to the ER and I could not have been treated better. Everyone was so kind and…read moreprofessional. I also just had a procedure with Endoscopy and Dr. Kim. I can't praise them enough. Everyone from the appointment desk to being wheeled out to my car was so very kind, considerate and professional. I am very thankful and proud of our hospital.

Last Friday I took my husband to the ER at CPH with a severe gash to his left lower leg. Although…read morethe admit staff was sympathetic and helpful the ER doctor did not send a script for pain medication to our pharmacy (after being reminded several times). The discharge was terrible. After being told d/c would be with in a few minutes.... 45 minutes later I walked out to the nurses station to ask for his nurse about the discharge. I was ignored for several minutes while the staff played on their phones and talked about their social lives. One male nurse reply " Only 45 minutes that's not bad usually it's much longer than that" then laughed. A female nurse with a definite attitude made some sarcastic comment directed at me. I went back to room 11. That same nurse came in shortly stating she didn't know where our nurse was. No one could find her. She then proceeded to take out the IV and remove the BP cuff. We were belittled and lectured to. She then proceeded to mention keflex had been ordered but no mention of the pain medication. So I asked yet again. She said she'd ask the Dr and left the room. She came back and said yes he ordered it. She abruptly handed us the paperwork and told us he was discharged. The dressing fell to my husband's ankle before he managed to walk to the car. 19 stitches (5 inside and 14 outside.). We live in N Kenai. Imagine how angry we were when we got to the pharmacy after waiting over an hour for the scripts to be processed and told they were NEVER any script for pain medication. The X-ray showed his tibia had been chipped. No pain medication for an entire weekend until we were able to get him to our primary on Monday late morning. Not only would I not recommend the ER I believe there is a serious HIPPA violation in going through one ER room into the other .. Rm 10 into Rm11. Seriously, what healthcare provider sends a patient home with an extremely painful and serious wound and NO pain medication? I wonder if we had been dress better (we had been cutting wood) and not told they were Dr the area in which we lived .. would we have been treated better? Before this is "blown off" as a random rant. I am a retired orthopedic RN and this is totally unacceptable and avoidable.
