When we contacted them to schedule…read morethey were immediately responsive and knew a perfect beach location and pinpointed the best time. When we arrived they were waiting and all set to proceed. They took many, many pics of my wife and I and our daughter's family. In a few short days they sent us the proofs electronically. We spent about a week picking the ones we wanted printed. It was very difficult since so many were truly fabulous. Lorren offered to provide us with all the pictures on a flash drive for a very fair price. I received my selected prints and 2 flash drives about a week later. We were so thrilled with the quality of our experience and the results that we booked them again when my son's family visited. We are waiting for those proofs but are confident that they will be as perfect as the first set. Can't say enough good things about Q Studio.
