It takes a lot for someone to reach out for help and they make the process so difficult to even…read moremake an appointment and then don't even return phone calls. No one to answer phones. Have to do everything online not considering that someone might not be able to and have no one to help them do so. Shows zero empathy or compassion. Horrible place. Zero anonymity. Truly do not care about people. Profit over people.

He's a narcissist and preys on those with Medicaid and Medicare. He's an icky tiny little man who made myself and another nurse feel uncomfortable and that was in a group setting!!!!!!! He would ask for us to compliment him, ......"how do you guys like my suit today? Where are my lady's?" This is how our nursing meetings would start- we would notify him that patients needed meds and get no answers back, so , the patient would just have to do without for a few days. Even the office staff were expected to do unrealistic things, just don't go there. The staff that I worked with in my building were so sweet, but we all started to leave 1by 1
