She was one of the first vendors we hired after she came highly recommended from our venue, The Curtiss Mansion. Not only did she calm every nerve I had for months leading up to our wedding, but she also added so many personal touches, including letting us borrow her grandmother's silver cake cutter to cut our wedding cake. We would talk any day of the week at literally any time, even while she was on vacation with her husband. She helped my mom with last minute details for my bridal shower at no extra charge. She helped keep us on budget and make our wedding look spectacular. She negotiated on our behalf with all of our vendors, saving us as much money as possible. Not a single flower was out of place or table setting missing. We could not have done this without her. It was quite the production of over 200 guests and she and her team were just top notch from beginning to end. My husband already wants to hire them for our future baby shower, birthdays... and basically anything else. She really is the best in the business and it was an absolute pleasure working with her and her team. I wouldn't trust anyone else with something so precious as my wedding day.

I was shocked at how hostile, unprofessional, and passive aggressive she was with a potential new client. I was simply trying to get basic information so that I could book my session. Her first response to my first question- As stated in the ad, just one example of her passive aggressive tone. Then she proceeded to antagonize me and try to pick an argument. Her final classic passive aggressive jab after I called her out on her rude behavior- sorry you feel that way. I just had to laugh it off and move on as no photographer is worth dealing with this treatment. If getting simple information was this aggravating I had no interest in booking with her. It turns out I dodged a bullet because I discovered months later that a new friend had used her for her newborn photos and told me it was a nightmare to get her actual photos back with months of delays and bogus lies and excuses for the delays. Our package included engagement photos , wedding photos, and our album. Our engagement photos were absolutely gorgeous. The contract read that we would get "digital negatives" of our wedding and that the shots going into the album would be picked by them and edited. We got our raw images (straight from the camera) in a beautiful package a few weeks after the wedding. I eagerly awaited my album. A year later I reached out and I was told that I had to pick the photos. I sent her over the ones we chose and no news. Months later I email for an update and I was told the software crashed and they were a bit delayed. I've kept emailing her for updates and I have never heard back. My husband also tried reaching out on instagram. So I'm left with unedited shots of my wedding, three years later, and no album. I sacrificed a videographer to pay for their services and totally regret it. I have unedited shots of my wedding to look at because I hired picture takers, not photographers.
