Finally have a young lady walk up and ask if we needed any help we tell her what we're looking for. She asked if we have an appointment. We tried to call for three days every time the line was busy she talks to I'm assuming the woman in charge we got shown no acknowledgment of being in the store. She completely ignored everything that we were asking did not attempt to point us in a direction of someone that could help Us blatant disrespect for such a special moment will not be coming back here and will not be recommending this disrespectful excuse for a business. no customer value was shown to us in any way and we're absolutely disgusted with the incompetence of this establishment. read more

I will 100% come back to Jessica's! The selection is fantastic and the service was superior. It was nostalgic to bring my own daughter back to the place where I went when I was her age. Unlike other bridal and formal wear boutiques, when we found "the" dress, we did not doubt it. With Jessica's extensive inventory, you are left in no doubt if there might be something else out there. Not very nice people! We walked in 20 minutes before they closed looking for dresses. Lady in the front desk gave us an attitude and another lady gave us an even worse attitude. At that point I just wanted to walk out and leave but I decided to browse the store quickly because I didn't feel comfortable walking around and them looking at me weird. Other people were walking in and the lady at the front desk was happy and gave them a very nice welcome and after more people came in with 10 minutes before closing she was still welcoming them better than what they did to us. So I came to the conclusion that the Jessica's Bridal staff is racist. Not going there again. read more

I tried getting my money back for my dress that was on layaway, because my wedding was canceled. Let me start by saying my wedding being called off was devastating, so having to do this was hard for me. They told me I had to pick a dress to exchange it with because they do not I've refunds, so I started looking at prom dresses I could just turn around and sell. Then the associate tells me it has to be the full price of what I have on layaway, not the amount that I have paid. I ended up walking out crying while Jessica, the owner, was laughing at me for being so heart broken and devastated. I would never recommend Jessica's bridal and formal to anyone. read more

My experience was just honestly horrible. And I'm the sister to the bride that visited this dress shop. When we first walked in the door there were many people just running around the store. This automatically brought on the assumption that the store would be chaotic and gave us the temptation to leave. When we were greeted by the consultant it wasn't very enthusiastic like you would expect from someone who is going to help you look for their dream dress. Fast forward to the lacking seating and my main concern was where was I going to sit, so after walking into the sitting area after everywhere else I was automatically going to sit on the floor. Due to no seats being offered, which guests shouldn't have to ask for a seat, they should make the guests comfortable. But my father told me to go help my sister look for dresses so I wouldn't have to sit on the floor. As I was walking into the room where the bridal dresses were I noticed the first consultant giving my sister and I dirty looks. And then she went to gossip to another consultant who then came back starting with an attitude when asking what dress my sister would like. She gave both consultants a $1000 budget and she was received with dirty looks. And the first dresses pulled were over $1000 so she then thought she had to raise the budget to $2000. All the dresses that I pulled had aspects on the dress that my sister loved. And the measly few dresses that the consultants pulled were nothing like she was looking for. My sister asked for off the shoulder and champagne colored. They proceeded to give her white dresses and either strapless, ball gowns, or just simply didn't tell us if some dresses could be ordered in champagne. There was a dress my sister loved but it was a size too small. And we informed the consultant she needed the dress in a larger size or we needed a dress very similar so we could see what it would look like on her. The consultant then asked her to try on the dress that was too small again and come out of the dressing room to show people. We tried telling her that it simply would not go over her waist which lead to her not being able to zip the dress up, and since the dress didn't cover everything without being zipped there was no way that my sister could walk out infront of people. This just didn't seem to click through that consultants head, or it came in one ear and out the other. Cause she asked again for my sister to come out and this just caused us to be even more frustrated. We gave her the chance to pull something similar, and she brought back a huge puffy ball gown that was strapless and the complete opposite of what my sister asked for. My sister told her in the beginning she didn't want to try on ball gowns or strapless dresses. This puffy monstrocity was again the complete opposite, being the nice person she is my sister tried it on and even walked out into the viewing area for people to see. My dad's eyes were wide open at this point cause she looked absolutely rediculous. I don't know how they confused a simple request for a slender off the shoulder dress for a strapless ball gown and it probably weighed 40 lbs. At this point I believed they were just being rude and purposely pulling things she didn't ask for. At this point my sister was done and was frustrated. After I went to talk to my father for a minute and come back in the dressing room the consultant proceeded to come in, left the door open while insulting my sister on how she is insecure about herself and tears herself down. This woman doesn't know my sister and I was very shocked when she said this. After my sister asked her to leave the dressing room so she could change and we could leave the consultant still kept trying to talk. And then I even asked her to get out cause we were both done and we're going to leave. As we walked out of the dressing room the consultants were grouped up and giving us dirty looks. We asked for the owner but she wasnt there. As we were driving off the mother to the owner came out to tell us not to leave a bad review. We gave the owner plenty of time to call and verbally apologize, but instead the bridal shop and consultant wanted to continuously blame and insult my sister on Facebook after she left a review simply stating her experience. All of that conversation that occurred on their Facebook page was deleted and they shut down the review part of the page so you can no longer leave reviews. So what does that go to show. read more

Their exchange policy is not forgiving at all! Not understand or compassionate people for there customers. I layaway a expensive prom dress .. my daughter was in love with it. To only find out later was being sold online on a yard sale site in our area. So at this point heart broken after lots of time and effort to find the perfect dress we decided to go to our back up option. To our surprise was almost 300$ cheaper... which could have been looked at as some as a blessing for the devastation of not being able to wear her dream prom dress now ... since it has been publicly displayed on yard sale sites in our local area and could easily end up up the prom she is attending...No instead we are now told we HAVE to purchase this cheaper dress at the same price! Can't even take a store credit for the difference. Keep in mind my daughter did not change her mind on the dress ... this was a series of unfortunate events that lead up to her not being able to now wear the dress she loved!! I offered to buy shoes form them to help with the difference.... told only could get a dress costings as much as the first one we chose ... be penalized basically or being a good customers and spending more money on on a high end dress ... Was also told by the owner "of it was me I would wear the dress if I liked it. I would care what anyone thought " ... are you serious ... this is why you have a Data base because you know that these proms are very important to these young ladies and they don't want to show up looking like who wore it best ... and most keep there dress a secret to reveal the night of prom ... if their big night mean so little to you ... and all you care about is the money ... you really should consider a new line of business!!! I've had better customer care dealing with automated online shopping... thanks Jessica for making my daughter feel like her prom meant something to you and your store ... she's not just a fickle teenager... as you said .... she didn't want to change dresses ... but all you were considered about was your money ... read more

AWFUL. The dresses are over priced and most of them were damaged. The staff was rude, the business was chaotic and crowded, there was absolutely no organization at all. I had to go buy a pack of cigarettes after leaving. Jessicas needs to get it together. For a high class dress shop I was very very disappointed. read more

Consultants were very rude and disrespectful. Overall experience 0 stars out of 5. Had a bridal appointment scheduled for 1hr 1/2 on a Saturday, drove about 2hrs, and it was not worth the drive. Walked into the bridal room and it was chaotic, dysfunctional, and very stressful from the start. First consultant didn't greet us properly which started the appointment off in a negative way. We noticed seating lacked and that not only made me worry for my two guests but made my dad super uncomfortable. I was asked what type of dress I was seeking and stated a size rang, $1,000 budget, and a specific style (off the shoulder) in champagne. No dresses that were pulled by her were under that budget so I even stated we could go to a $2,000 budget max because that sales consultant made me super uncomfortable and didn't seem like that was a realistic budget to find a dress here. She then went and gossiped to another consultant and that's when she didn't ever come off to assist and blame her leaving on me. Second consultant pulled dresses and they were not what I wanted but what she thought would look good. I informed her the size she thought I fit in might not fit just because I have a large bottom. Her response was rudely "Oh, you don have some junk in your trunk". NEVER should that be said even if it was a joke. Move on to trying dresses on I wasn't thrilled about how they looked. Consultant wanted to make a sale and complimented but then would make disrespectful comments staying I tear myself down too much. She doesn't know me as a person and don't know a thing about me. She even told an older consultant that I had lost a ton of weight but doesn't give myself enough credit. I've been skinny my whole life and have pictures to prove it. How she said that wasn't positive but very rude and intimidating. I then apologized because it looked like I was frustrating her and she responded "Oh honey, I've been doing this for 10yrs you aren't going to hurt my feelings". That could've been said nicely but her body language and tone of voice was out of line. At that point I was finished with trying on dresses and wanted to leave. She then barged in and accused me of being insecure, that appointment was at a standstill, and said she doesn't know what else I want her to do. I instantly interrupted and said that should NEVER be said to anyone and to get out so I can take the dress off and leave. Instantly broke down in tears and couldn't believe someone would say that to another human being. Luckily, my sister was in the room to hear every single word. Walk out and she's huddled with the other consultants gossiping and giving dirty looks. Go to the front desk to ask for owner and she wasn't there and informed then to have her call me. Owners mother flagged me down asking not to write a negative review and couldn't understand I'd have an issue with that particular consultant. Fast forward to days later and someone from the boutique got on Facebook denying everything about my review and my experience but wanted to attempt to turn it all on me. The consultant then took it upon herself to start writing off her own profile around MIDNIGHT but then somehow that all got deleted very quickly after the truth was easily shown. Owner then wanted to send me a PRIVATE message but that was easily deleted and unread because if they wanted to apologize for the experience they would've called the following day instead of accusing the customer, bullying a customer, and then trying to cover there tracks. It also was MIDNIGHT and I had already had enough of the disrespectful comments. Totally embarrassing experience for me and I hope no one ever gets treated in such an insulting rude way. read more
