No one called. When I followed up myself last week, the person I spoke with was quite rude and told me there were many customers ahead of me for repairs and that it would take around three weeks before mine would even be completed. I find this concerning for two reasons: first, because the pearl should not have come off so quickly in the first place, and second, because reattaching a pearl to a ring should not require such an excessive wait time for a loyal customer. I understand businesses can get busy, but communication and customer service matter. A simple update and a more respectful response would have made a big difference.

Paid to have a battery placed in my watch ( I brought the new battery with me) after hearing about…read moreproblems with watch backs and could take 1.5 hours and cost $20.00 my wife and I were blown away. Well after 4 to 5 minutes the young lady comes out with the installed battery and hands it to me. I place on my arm and she informs me that John will only charge $10.00 I said thank you. Paid the $10.00 looked at the watch noticed it wasn't running, she took it to the back and returned with it not running then John Brasfield says something is wrong with the mechanism however it was working for years till the battery ran down. So I ask for my $10.00 back however I left without my money. All this said this experience brought back a bad experience from mid 1980 with John Brasfield which I mentioned to him today. I had taken a Rolex in which was a gift to me I thought it needed a battery, he tells me that the watch needs cleaning so I leave it return to pick it up pay $70.00 placed on my arm and leave get home. Next day place back on arm isnt running tell John leave it again go back day or 2 pick up again same deal again watch stops running again tells me he will clean again. Go back several days later same deal He tells me nothing more he can do. Now at this point he has been paid $70.00 for services I still have a watch that doesnt run RIBBED OFF years go by I forgot about this old experiance till today.
