Terrible customer experience - avoid Jessie Boutique I had a deeply disappointing experience with Jessie Boutique and will never shop here again. I accidentally ordered the wrong colour skirt online and emailed immediately--no reply. I then ordered the correct one, assuming I could return the other. When both skirts arrived, neither was suitable, so I made the effort to visit the store in person--just one week after major surgery. I was told there were no refunds, only exchanges. The manager was polite and tried to help me find alternatives, and I eventually decided to keep one skirt. However, I was accidentally charged for it a second time--bringing my total spend to over $1,000. I immediately contacted the manager (the store had just closed), who acknowledged the error and gave me her mobile number to resolve it. What followed was a two-month back-and-forth of broken promises and delays. Eventually, they claimed the refund had been processed, but it never reached me. I even provided proof via my bank statements. They then refused to help further, telling me to "take it up with my bank." I only just received the refund--four months later. To make matters worse, a $100 t-shirt I exchanged for discoloured after the first wash. Jessie Boutique wouldn't help, and I had to go directly to the manufacturer, who thankfully resolved the issue right away. This store takes no accountability for their mistakes and offers shockingly poor customer service. A high-end price point should come with high standards. Sadly, that's not the case here. read more

They have very cute outfits however the service does not match the prices. Be careful when ordering an outfit, must likely you will receive the wrong item and if you want to return it, they will force you to get store credit. read more

The owner is difficult to work with - and will NOT accommodate should a problem arise - even a minor issue. Cross your fingers you don't have a problem with an item after you purchase it as she won't assist. Jessie, the owner, has zero idea of how to retain customers or keep clients happy. We shop Miami stores frequently - and she lost our business and money. Shop other stores for better service and selection. The store is nothing special if you know fashion.
