My only consistent complaints, however, is the state of the restrooms and that there's one cashier who is always really rude that has a ton of tattoos and piercings. Mind you, it's not professional to come to work looking all goth and emo. As far as the restrooms go, they often leave a lot to be desired in terms of cleanliness and upkeep. It's a minor point in the grand scheme of things, but it's definitely something that could be improved to enhance the overall shopping experience. Striking out everywhere, I thought I'd stop in here since I was in the area. Knowing I was going to be in this general vicinity, I pulled up their website prior to my venturing out to see the style and potential collection of clothing (specifically dresses) that they carry. Looked promising, so I was hopeful when I walked in the door. Meh. Nothing that I saw on the website was on any rack, and what was on the rack was extremely dull -- styles were odd, fabrics and patterns were not flattering. I didn't even find one item to try on, as I was completely unimpressed with everything I saw (including some pretty steep prices considering the garment). It didn't help that not one of the three employees in the store that day even greeted me when I walked in. I didn't hear one word out of any of them, as I walked back and forth through the store for at least 15 minutes (and, mind you, I was the ONLY customer in the store at the time). Move on. No better....manager said they order from a distribution warehouse so they can't order when less than 10...again what does that mean and have to do with us wanting these boots? We wanted to pay in store because we get rodeo discount and that can only be applied in person, not online purchases. I ended up calling customer service and telling them what happened and they said the store should have been able to help us and didn't understand why they said what they said. I ended up saying forget it to it all. No wonder I like Boot Barn better.

The price points are good and you can always catch a deal with one of their sales.
