I wasnt sure I could make it with the heat. I explained our situation to the woman behind the desk. She immediately went into the garage and talked to the workers. After 1 1/2hrs she called AAA to get an update. AAA tried to get back in touch with Garcia and was told someone was on the way. After more than 2 hours, and still stranded, AAA called my daughter to tell her the driver was no longer communicating with them. AAA paid them in full up front. After 4 hours AAA coordinated with another company. Feel free to use Garcia if you want a company that will take your money, leave you stranded for hours in extreme conditions, and is utterly lacking in integrity. We pulled over at a Buc-ee's and called a tow truck through Triple A. Jeff came to get us a couple hours later and kindly took us to a motel down the street (literally less than a mile) because we were uncomfortable with driving it in that condition. Jeff was super friendly and even waited for us to check into our room at the motel before he unloaded our car. Once unloaded, he gave us really helpful tips on how we could get our car taken care of first thing in the morning along with giving us his card/number. He even proceeded to text us the next morning at 7 AM to let us know he would be there at 730 AM to pick the car up. He arrived on time and loaded the car up and took it down the road to have it looked at early so we could get on our way. The people at the front desk were cordial and the other Jeff that worked on our car was very helpful and friendly. I didn't feel like anyone was trying to rip me off even though we were essentially stranded. Honest mechanic and staff make for a trustworthy business. I would 100% recommend them for any auto work or tow issues. They never tried to up sell me or pull any tricks even though we were in a bad situation in the middle of nowhere. Could have taken advantage of two young kids but instead just restored my faith in humanity and kindness. I had bad spark plugs and needed them replaced.
