I walked in and what a beautiful atmosphere and greeted immediately by Lana. She sat with me really quick to see what my hair looked like, I told her I wanted some stuff corrected and I told her I had a lot of anxiety and she was soooooo nurturing and calming and said " Dont worry". I was introduced to Devin as she asked me what my ideas were , I showed her some pictures and she also shared some ideas and told her I trusted her skills as long as we can shoot for my idea of the style I wanted. She made it all sound not impossible. Later on as the night went further Lana asked m eif I wanted a tea and I said yes, She and Devin Both meticulously worked on my haircolor that I instantly felt like things were gonna work out and I was gonna walk out soo happy. Got hair and makeup done…read more 5 stars. Hair was great, the stylist was attentive, professional, clearly experienced, and worked with me to achieve my vision, and then some. 1 star. Makeup was terrible. The application happened in the corner station... the lighting is uneven as it's near a window and you're sitting diagonally, creating weird shadows. The MUA even said the lighting in the corner makes it hard. The application itself was a mess. I don't think my MUA had very much experience, and definitely not with hooded eyes. There was no primer used on eyes or face, no eyeliner (I had to do this myself), and lashes were cut to uneven lengths so on one eye it was too short ( I could not tell at first because of the lighting). The glue application was awful and the eyelash popped off as soon as I stepped out of the store, but I was too over the whole experience to go back and try to have her fix it. I could have done a better job myself and won't be using their MUA services here.

Best part was how much you can tell that she knows what she's doing. She asks you a few questions about what you are looking for and gets right to work. I love that I asked her to keep the length and she really did as most places cut off too much and the client goes home in regret if it ends up too short. Not the case here. Kayless also gave it a new style, something I had been looking for and not been able to achieve for a few years now, going through many different stylists in Denver. I am not staying in Denver but will come back to her every time I come visit. Kaylee is talented and great at her skill, do your hair style a favor and visit her. A bit pricey, but I think normal for Denver prices now plus it's worth it.

Only stylist I don't have to always use tools on to look good. I have straight hair but with the cut she gives me, shorter or longer hair, there's been often times where I shower and go to work. By the time I get to work my hair is dry and has some style not stick straight. No idea how she does it. Love her! And her pricing is on point and worth every penny, not overpriced.
