First of all, I was charged for an X-Ray that I did not even get. Then, I was charged for a full consult that I also did not get. Nowhere on the bill was there a simple, plain physical. What in the world??? When I went to the clinic to discuss my bill, they told me the account manager was not in, but that she would call me to discuss any discrepancies on my bill. I'm still waiting on my call. I realized all of the detailed discrepancies only because I requested a copy of my records. I let them know I would no longer be returning to their clinic due to being charged for services not performed. This is basically FRAUD. This is why insurance premiums increase and we all end up paying more for less benefits -- because clinics like this hurt the population in general. We need to bring this unacceptable behavior to light and not permit these clinics to continue charging us for services we do not receive. I do not recommend this clinic for any type of medical need.

The doctors explain reasoning while giving consultations, and I receive prompt, accurate care. The prices for consultations are also reasonable, with or without insurance. This is my third visit to their clinic, and my first choice when sick. I highly recommend them.
