I have just been served at 16:33 and have experienced a very rude and hostile member of staff. I went to get served and a gentleman was looking at the sweets behind me, I didn't realise he was actually queuing. The cashier pointed this out and I apologised to the customer but while I was being served the cashier was openly hostile and practically threw my receipt at me. Maybe this cashier should realise that, indirectly, I am paying her wages as are all the other customers. For customer service a definite zero. read more
