These guys do great work, In 2019 they replaced my leaf springs, u-bolts, and shackles. This year they packed the wheel bearing, upgraded my shackles and equalizers. I trust these folks to do the job right which is important to me as towing such a heavy RV, puts lives at risk traveling on the interstate at 65 mph. I'll come back here for as long as they are will to do the work for me. This shop works on all kinds of heavy equipment and the bays stay full which means their yard stays on the full side. It can be a little bit of a challenge maneuvering around with a dozen or more large trucks scattered about.

Was told by the owner that he doesn't get involved in that. I said so you won't write an estimate for my damages and he said no. I will never do business with him and wouldn't recommend to anyone. I reach out to the person who recommended the Bump Shop to me and they work for an insurance company and they do estimates. I told them I would tell my clients to go elsewhere.

Worst auto repair shop iv ever been too in my entire life, not only do they over charge people (50…read moredollars and hour for labor) they sell worn down, cheaply made products in which they sell extremely high, iv had a 1988 ford f150 truck from them not only was he charging me 2500 but i had to buy parts constantly to keep it running, and charged for labor on the truck the day i signed for it, hadn't even drove it off the lot yet, needless to say i gave them the truck back it was more of a burden then a project. My brother in law perchanced in full a set of tires from them and they all busted one by one and the rims were scratched and chipped (cheap) they offered to replace the tires (for their prices of course) just to bust again, claiming they are brand new tires, my friend took his truck up there to fix the radiator they dropped it and still installed it and it had a bad fitting on it from being dropped and it leaked really bad, and of course he was charged full price for it. I could go on and on about how poor this business is and i for one am surprised they are still in business. If you are considering going too this place for ANY type of service or to purchase a vehicle i suggest you think again, take it from me drive a further distance for a better auto shop cause this shop will just rip you off every which way they can.

we work with couple of our trucks with this company each time they quote a price and screw it until…read morelast penny they can they also make insurance frauds as well last time i send my 2022 Freightliner Cascadia truck with a 4 error codes they told me they fix everything and we left for paying following day and 36 miles later truck gives all same alerts and i didn't pay them and call them back to see whats going on in the meanwhile truck was on the road to delivery and we ended up on Freightliner Service they told us with a inspection report parts that they told its been changes not even touch by them and also their own employees declaration they just reset he doesnt know when will error codes will come up back long story short my lawyer contacted them and they even threaten my lawyer putting their words out of the market saying that we not pay them etc etc i just got a call from them thinking they want to work it out and they start threatening me on a recorded line saying that truck left there working but the issue when truck got there it was working too so they try to screw me out and all they are doing threatening but this time i will make sure they find what they are looking for AND THE MOST IMPORTANT THING HE SAYS HE DOESNT WANT TO TALK OVER THE PHONE AND TELL ME TO GO THERE AND TALK FACE TO FACE :) I WILL SEE YOU GUYS FACE ON COURT.
