Yesterday when it was pouring, I realized I need to cancel a contract and deliver it before 5 pm before their office closes otherwise I had to pay a lot of money and even get sued.! I gave you some details so you understand how stressed out I was pressuring under a time window of just less than two hours. I finally made the call at about 3:00 or 3:30 PM, Doreen picked up the call, and she so kindly handled my stress since I sounded like one and got the information from me correctly. Then a nice guy who just came from Irvine got my envelope at 4:20 Pm at my location in Laguna Niguel and delivered it in Irvine on the 6th floor at 4:55 Pm in the storm. We use Jet Delivery at work all the time. Actually, we use them exclusively as our local courier. They beat Fedex, UPS & Post office in price and transit time for Southern California Locations. We have used them to ship from our LA county warehouse to various locations in LA county, San Bernardino County, Orange County and a few times to San Diego County! It usually gets there same day! How's that for speed? I don't believe the three other carriers I mentioned have same day delivery. At least not for the prices that Jet gives. Their website is way easy to use. You can easily quote and track shipments. Office staff is always friendly when I call with questions. Drivers are always friendly when picking up. Actually, they have done a few customer returns to our facility as well. Always quick service. The only reason they didn't get a 5 star rating for me is that because on one occassion, they sent a smaller vehicle than what was requested, so our items could not be picked up. It was time sensitive, and it did affect our sale. We understand that mistakes happen. They are still very reliable and we will continue to use them. read more

This is by far the best on-demand expediting trucking company there is. No matter how small or how big a shipment is they have a car to a big rig that can handle. If you need a cargo van they have all kinds of different, if you need a flatbed they have from 8-foot flatbeds to 24 foot.... Two big rig trailer flatbeds. If you need a box truck they have box trucks from 14 ft tob26 ft to big rigs. Every company has delays because of the traffic, because of unforeseen accidents on highways and freeways. I don't understand the other people who had one problem or a few problems with ETA or their delivery and then just hate jet delivery. I have seen many drivers faces that have been with jet 10 15 20 years ! If you're going to use a company in California to do expedited on demand services.... We frequently use Jet to deliver to our high desert location. Most of our deliveries are at night because we work a swing shift. If we need Jet, chances are it's very urgent. Otherwise we would simply wait to have our parts delivered to us through UPS or FedEx. Service from Jet is "hit and miss". Sometimes we get our delivery in a timely manner. Other times we are left at their mercy. When we get an ETA while placing our delivery request, we adjust our schedule around that. We also take into consideration there could be traffic. However, as I mentioned earlier, most of our deliveries are at night. Traffic should be minimal. I would also think finding a driver at night should be easier than during the day when most places would need deliveries. What I don't understand is why there are some drivers who can not be contacted to find out why there is a delay. It seems to me a courier company would require their drivers to have some means of contacting them to follow up in the event there is a delay. More than once my delivery has been far later than promised. When I call Jet to ask what the delay is I've been told "I can't get a hold of the driver". But as I've said earlier, there are times we've received our delivery in a timely manner. Consistency would definitely get Jet a 5 star review. read more

Terrible delivery service! I find it shocking that they are able to stay in business. They sent one person to my home while it was snowing who would not deliver my package because it was too heavy and my driveway was too steep. The truck driver type woman that answers the phone at this company refuses to deliver the package and thinks that I need to pick it up. She has threatened to leave my items outside if I do not find a way to pick up my items. I have had many heavy things delivered to my home and have never had any issues and certainly have never had such rude service. read more

I have used Jet Delivery many times, consistently giving them the benefit of the doubt, even under mediocre service but I will not use them as a courier anymore. I have had multiple packages that have been lost or never delivered without explanation. Find another courier service. read more

I would suggest a different company, as my experience with Jet Delivery was just awful. The customer service staff seemed uncaring and the driver simply wasn't with it. As a result of significant mishaps on their side, the driver missed the flight for my package and no one seemed to care at all.
