I've been a customer of Olga's for several years now for a biweekly house cleaning, and I can't…read morerecommend them enough. They're reliable, they do a great job every time, and they're always willing to work around me and my family (including that I work from home). To me, the whole point of having house cleaners is to free up time and eliminate stress, and hiring Olga's has definitely done that. Before Olga's I've used or trialled at least half a dozen cleaners in Philadelphia. Full disclosure, Olga's was one of the most expensive services per hour, but worth it IMO. My main complaint with other cleaners is that the quality of the cleans goes down over time and management is ineffective or defensive about it, and so after a year or two I have to shop for a new cleaner. Not so with Olga's. Every clean is as good as the last. If something isn't done with way I like or I want to add a new service, I just send a text and it's taken care of. I hope they stay in business for a long time because it's such a relief to know that my house will just be taken care of. The other thing is how comfortable I feel with Olga's cleaners. That's a wierd thing to say, but it can be kind of scary to have strangers come into your home and clean up after you. Part of it is shame that your house is dirty and you're not keeping up with it, and part of it trusting the cleaners with your home. The cleaners from Olga's have always been super friendly and nice, they've never made me feel weird or bad about my home (including the explosion of toys and clutter after my daughter came along). Over the years, I've left jewelry or cash around and I've never had to worry. It's just been a great find and a happy working relationship.

I explained that I just wanted my bathrooms, bedroom, kitchen, and living room cleaned for a one time job. Jose asked when I would be available for an estimate and he came to my house. I showed him where I kept my vacuum and cleaning supplies and I was told that they use their own. If I had a preference for my cleaning products, they would gladly use them, but they always bring high-quality eco-friendly cleaning supplies. Since I was paying them to clean anyways, I figured let them use their own stuff. Jose gave me a quote and we set up our appointment on the spot. About a half hour before our appointment, Jose called me to let me know they would be there on time. Once they arrived, I went outside to work on my neglected garden. While I was out there, my house was getting a cleaning treatment unlike anything it has had before. I looked over everything that they cleaned and was totally amazed. I actually felt guilty about working outside, because I was going to destroy that immaculate bathroom. There were some counter stains from when I moved in two years ago and now they are gone.
