Often, there have been cars being cycled through which were just a few feet from my rear bumper. ALSO, there wasn't a lot of thought that went into their website and it shows. For example, if you have an issue, i.e., canceling a membership, an inquiry, etc., then you must call their corporate headquarters in Ohio, instead of the local branch. Just creates headaches, especially when they're gone for the weekend. Too bad because, like I said, their car washes are actually very good.

At the end of the car wash, a sign indicates when the customer should shift out of neutral and put their vehicle back into drive. This car wash offers many different levels of service, ranging from Quick Wash (soft-cloth exterior wash, clear-coat protection, and hot-air dry) to Magic Shine Wash (plus underbody treatment, wheel blasts, foam-wall cleanser, triple-foam conditioner, hot wax and shine, ceramic sealant, and tire shine).
