He promised me excellent care and a series of diagnostics designed to slow or reverse my thyroid damage. I signed up and never spoke to him again. He pawned me off on an associate who never made a scheduled appointment on time. The office rarely responded to my email requests for updates or advice. They didn't even respond to my request to purchase supplements. When I asked about the status of a specialized food sensitivity test Binder had promised (I took copious notes of our discussion), his associate said it was too expensive and Binder likely wouldn't approve it. Note I had already paid the fee upfront and in full. I'm still waiting for them to return my call several weeks later. Do not use this practice unless you like the bait and switch and avoidance routine.
