Bad experience for sure. Receptionist was rude, even rolled her crusty eyes at me!! They were running big time behind schedule. I was on time for appt, and had another to get to so couldn't sit and wait what would have been 45 minutes. I communicated to them when I booked appt. I asked for time slot that would give enough time in between appts. They assured me this time slot would be enough time. But running this far behind schedule? I had to leave without being treated. I called to discus with doc. Told him about receptionist and he didn't care. I told him it was unprofessional and disrespectful to my valuable time. Not cool when a provider has poor time management skills, and doesn't respect their clients time. The doc argued that it was NOT unprofessional or disrespectful to my time. Well sir, YOU'RE FIRED!!!! Chiropractors are a dime a dozen. Rather spend my money somewhere that has better time management and communication skills. read more

well, Dr. Matt is very personable very nice guy. You get to really trust him. I actually went in there for acupuncture, but he talked me out of it because insurance wasn't gonna pay for that but the insurance will cover the chiropractic. He mention an extra charge for my wrist and I told him no I wasn't gonna pay that . and then one morning I was waiting to see him and the girl said there was an extra charge $45 and I told her I'm not paying that, so I went and did adjustment and then I checked my credit card statement and it says that they have been charging me this $45 for each visit and I told them both him and the girls at the front desk that I wasn't gonna pay that. I just say if go over there, he's a nice guy. He seems to know what he's doing, but don't go there for acupuncture and watch your credit card. I just don't like surprise charges that I have no control over. oh by the way now they say I owe them $300 more. it should be against the law to charge somebody's account without permission. read more

I have been under chiropractic care for the last 13 years and I can confidently say Dr. Matt is one of the best chiropractors around! Not only is he extremely knowledgeable about the human body and its function, he also caters to each person that he sees; creating a unique, specific, and gentle adjustment just for them. Dr. Antonelli is awesome. I've been going to him for a few years and it's helped me stay active as I've gotten older. I love weight lifting and golfing two activities that put a tremendous amount of strain on your lower back. Before working with Dr. Antonelli I was constantly experiencing lower back strains and problems with my sciatica. My wife even recommended I stop weight training and playing golf. This morning I was referred to Dr Antonelli. I called right away and they actually had an appointment available 30 min later. That was great! My neck has been hurting for about a week, since I flew to Orlando, and has been getting worse each night. He did a little acupuncture and cracked my back and neck. He found that I have a little scoliosis, which I had never been told before at previous chiropractors. It's good to know I have that and that I should not sleep sitting up on airplanes anymore. My neck feels a little better and is still in the process of getting better, and I will be going back to see him. He seems to know his practice very well! read more
